K 34 C is a true Ocean Voyager designed specifically to be fast, efficient, seaworthy and capable of going anywhere.
A roomy cockpit, level decks, large galley, and spacious living and accommodation areas ensure a comfortable and enjoyable cruising  or live aboard experience for two cruising couples or a family of four. A great live-aboard for two.

LAR (low aspect ratio keels), or mini keels, make it possible to beach the boat for bottom cleaning on any fairly level beach. A dagger board in the port hull improves windward performance and makes it easier to balance the boat under differing conditions.
 
DECK
The entire deck has level, secure footing, with no dangerous curves to slip on.
  • Sail locker and anchor lockers are in the forward part of the bridge deck
  • Wing decks are cut back 10’ to eliminate pounding to the foredeck
  • Rotating wing mast
  • 2 Anderson 46 two-speed winches
  • 1 Barlow 19, 1 Barlow 10 deck winches and two rope clutches

COCKPIT
The cockpit provides ample, tiered seating on three levels. Visibility from the cockpit is excellent standing or sitting. Access to the interior is by centrally located doorway at the forward end of the cockpit. The helm is located to port on the cabin bulkhead.

ACCOMMODATION and navigation areas
The bridge deck walk through provides 360-degree visibility when standing in the passageway or sitting at the inside steering station. A table with seats on three sides provides a bright and comfortable place to sit.
 
STARBOARD HULL
 
The Galley is down in the hull, providing better stability, and features counters on both sides of the hull providing about 12 ft. of counter space.
  • Sigmar diesel stove with oven, heats entire boat thru duct to port hull.
  • Origo alcohol two burner stove, under a lifting countertop section
  • 2 30-gallon (2 136-liter) water tanks to service galley, 1 under cabin sole amidships, 1 under stern locker sole

PORT HULL

Head compartment at stern
  • Head, hand basin and shower
  • 28 gallon (127 liters) holding tank with dock pump out, mounted above water line so no pump is required to empty when sailing
  • 30 gal. flexible water tank for this area is located in the port bridge deck locker
 
Navigation Area
  • Down the steps from the bridge deck, under the instrument panel is the navigation table with charts stored under the Plexiglas tabletop

Port Stateroom forward of navigation area
  • Queen-size berth with lots of sitting headroom

  • A single berth in the peak of this area can also be used as a hanging locker and storage behind
 
POWER
  • Honda 40-hp four-stroke outboard
  • The outboard motor is mounted centrally on a floating hinged sled that can be raised and lowered when sailing or motoring
  • No drag when sailing
  • The motor is actually floating and always immersed at the same depth, which minimizes cavitation
 
STEERING
  • Steering can be done by tiller or wheel
  • The motor is connected to the steering tillers or wheel by way of a regular steering cable to enhance maneuverability
  • As efficient as dual engines and in some cases even more so  
 
STERN
  • Transoms are perpendicular above the waterline, making stern docking possible
  • Embark or disembark by way of the transom steps
  • Stern lockers are used for storage
  • The house batteries are in the port stern locker
